

Our Loan Signing Services provide a comprehensive, mobile solution for all your real estate transaction needs. Whether you are a Title Office, Bank, Trust Company, or a private individual, our expertly trained notaries handle a wide scope of loan types, including commercial and construction loans, refinancing, new purchases, equity lines of credit (HELOCs), loan modifications, and hybrid transactions.
Designed for your convenience, our Mobile Appointments mean the notary travels directly to a location of your choice—be it your home, office, or a local coffee shop—saving you time and effort. Each session is estimated to take between 30 and 60 minutes. For your security and peace of mind, all our notaries are fully background-screened, carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, and are specifically trained in complex loan documentation. Upon confirmation, you will receive a photo of your notary and their vehicle description so you know exactly who to expect.
Our base fee starts at $150.00 (covering 2–3 signers) and scales based on location, page count, and specific transaction requirements. Please note that if the service rendered differs from the initial request, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
